I’m self-taught and paint from my Berlin studio. Before this I built buildings.

Painting brings me back to the present. That’s why I started, and why I haven’t stopped. I don’t know what will come out and that’s the part I like most.

A dog surrenders to wherever it is. It doesn’t argue with the afternoon or rain. I’m trying to paint that way.

I’m after colour, and a mood you’d want to live in and somewhere in between I add a story.
